BCLA CLEAR™ 

BCLA CLEAR^TM (continued learning evidence-based academic reports) is an initiative delivered by the BCLA that collates and examines research in key areas of eye. This culminates in a global consensus report that delivers evidence-based guidance to the profession on important aspects of each topic and a range of other educational resources and activities to engage and equip eye care professionals with up to date knowledge to provide best patient care. The research also provides critical exposure for key findings and a wealth of source information for further research papers. 

BCLA CLEAR^TM is an important initiative in the eye care profession that influences and shapes practice, globally. The findings are initially published in the BCLA's scientific journal, Contact Lens and Anterior Eye - usually under open access. Each project has been funded by educational grants from numerous companies.
