Q: How do I access the online lectures?
All delegates that attended the recent BCLA Virtual conference on 13 - 14 June have access to the event platform until for up to 6 months after the event (13 December 2021). You will need to log into the conference site to access the lectures. Your login details will remain the same as when you first accessed the conference site. Note that you will not be able to access the conference site or watch on-demand lectures from this event after 13 December 2021.
Q: I cannot remember my password for the conference site
Only delegates that attended the recent BCLA Virtual conference on 13 - 14 June have access to the event platform. To regain access to the conference site:
1. Enter your username which is the email you originally used to access the site.
2. Click on the 'need help logging in?' link
3. You will be given the option to reset your password.
Please ensure you check your junk/spam folder for the password reset email
Note that you will not be able to access the conference site or watch on-demand lectures from this event after 13 December 2021.
Q: How do I find the online lectures on the conference site?
Once you have logged in to the conference site:
1. On the conference website homepage, click on the "Lecture Recordings" tab
2. Find the lecture/session that you would like to watch (for speed, use the search box functionality) and click on a lecture/session title of choice to open it
3. In the lecture/session listing, click on the icon labelled "Watch on demand here" to watch any of the lectures on-demand
Note that you will not be able to access the conference site or watch on-demand lectures from this event after 13 December 2021.
Q: Can I get CE points for watching lectures on-demand?
Unfortunately, CE points are not available for recorded lectures.
