Q: Is the BCLA Clinical Conference and Exhibition still going ahead?

Q: What is the latest event update following the COVID-19 pandemic?
With all the uncertainty in recent months relating to hosting face-to-face events due to the ongoing pandemic, BCLA have decided to host the BCLA Clinical Conference and Exhibition virtually this year. For the first time ever, the June event will be live-streamed 30 hours across the globe, enabling our international audiences to tune in to the event when its convenient for them. The virtual format will allow for better planning and attendance as we go into another year with unclear travel restrictions and potential disruption.

Q: I want to attend the conference, which package should I choose?
We have two registration packages available: Live Streaming Package (recommended option for both BCLA Members and Non-Members) and the Conference Plus Package (available to non-members of the BCLA only). The packages include attendance at both the June and Autumn conferences. Full details of each package and rates can be found here.

You must purchase your package (excluding group bookings) via the online registration system. The method of payment is card. All packages will be charged in Great British Pounds (GBP). If your home currency is not GBP, then the cost of your package will be automatically converted to your local currency by your bank. The rates published on the BCLA website are for guidance purposes only; the actual rate charged will be based on the currency conversion rate at time of booking.

Spaces will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Additional charges may apply. Please review the programme before booking.

Q: Why are some of the workshop spaces limited?
There is a limit to the number of delegates that we can accommodate for sessions that require breakout rooms to aid with peer discussion. This is to fall in line with GOC regulations and the guidelines to towards delegate to facilitator ratio.
