Accessing the conference site

If you have registered for the event, you will have received an email from: [email protected] (Please ensure your check you spam/junk folder for the above email and mark the above address as safe).
This email will be your invitation to access the conference platform including all sessions. Please note that it is mandatory to create a profile on the conference platform to access the live streaming and associated conference content – including messaging and meeting other delegates.

If you have checked your spam/junk folder and still cannot see the email invitation from the above email then please email [email protected] 

Accessing the live stream sessions

Please note the conference site works best in desktop mode on a PC/laptop rather than tablet or an app. Some browsers (e.g. Safari) have been reported to be causing an issue too - try using different browsers if you are having trouble. Once you click on the live stream button of the session and you have issues with the 'check-in' and 'check-out' fields please try this solution: 

If you are unable to proceed past this page, you join the session directly by clicking on the pop-out arrow on the top-right of the page (next to the “X”) to open in a new tab. They should then be able to complete the details and proceed. (See image below).

If you are not registered for CE points or with a professional body - enter NA in these fields. You will need to fill in your name and email to access the live session.
