HOW TO REGISTER
Online pre-registration for this event is closed. If you would like to attend this event, you will be required to registered onsite at the venue. The BCLA registration desk will be open from 9am at the The Royal Society of Medicine on Tuesday 26 November 2019. If you have any queries in the meantime, you may contact [email protected] until 3:30pm on 25 November 2019. Any queries received after this time will be dealt with onsite. 

PLEASE NOTE

• This event is open to both BCLA members (includes all membership categories except for Registered Users and Online Affiliate Users) and non-members, however a fee to attend will be applicable for non-members (£199.00). Make sure that you have logged in to your BCLA member account in order to qualify for any applicable discounts on your registration fee. 

•  If you are not a BCLA member you need to either join as a full member or create a free registered user account before proceeding with your conference registration, otherwise a fee of £199.00 will be payable to attend. If you already have an online profile, please do not create multiple accounts. Contact [email protected] if you require assistance.
  
  
• Only one conference booking can be processed per account, therefore each delegate will need to register themselves individually using the step by step instructions below. If you are registering on behalf of a colleague, you will need the account holders permission to access their account in order to process their registration online. 
  
  
• Any cancellations made by the delegate must be confirmed in writing to the BCLA by emailing [email protected]. Refunds of event registration fees, if applicable, less a 30 per cent administration fee charge, may be applied for until 26 October 2019. If you have purchased a BCLA Membership of any category, no refunds will be given once the subscription has been purchased. 
  

Want to bring a guest? BCLA members can invite up to 1 non-member guest to experience this event. BCLA Member must attend the event in order for a guest to attend. BCLA members must register their guest by emailing the guest full name, email address and GOC number to [email protected] by 12pm midday (GMT) on 25 November 2019. If yourself or your guest are unable to attend, please notify BCLA in writing by emailing [email protected]
