ONLINE REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED.

Make sure that you have logged in to your BCLA member account in order to qualify for any applicable discounts on your registration fee. You must have an active Full BCLA membership subscription (affiliate members do not qualify) in order to benefit from the discounted member rates. 

If you are not a BCLA member you can still attend the conference however, you need to either JOIN AS A FULL BCLA MEMBER or CREATE A FREE REGISTERED USER ACCOUNT before being able to proceed with your conference registration. If you already have an online profile, please DO NOT create multiple accounts.

Each delegate will need to register individually, there is no facility online to book for colleagues.  To register more than one person (i.e. as a 'Group'), please REQUEST A GROUP BOOKING FORM

If you only wish to attend the exhibition, register as an EXHIBITION ONLY VISITOR HERE

Overseas delegates requiring a conference invitation letter should complete and return the VISA APPLICATION FORM.

Please ensure that you have read and understood the TERMS & CONDITIONS of delegate registration before proceeding. 

We strongly recommend that you book your delegate package online in advance (by 8 June 2017) as there will be a 10% increase in registrations packages that are purchased onsite at the venue. 

HOW TO REGISTER

Step 1: Log in to your BCLA Member or Registered User account

Step 2: Once logged in, navigate back to this page and select 'Register Myself' 

Step 3: Select ONE delegate package (compulsory). Then, in the 'Program Items' section, select if you want to attend any workshop sessions (optional) or the BCLA Dinner (optional).

Step 4: Submit your responses in the 'Questions' section and click the 'save responses' button when done

Step 5: Click on 'Proceed to checkout', at bottom right of the page. This will take you to your shopping cart. 

If you have a discount voucher, you must enter it BEFORE moving on to the next step. Enter the code in the 'Promotional Offer' box on the checkout page and click 'apply'. Please note that your final receipt will show the total cost paid after the discounts have been applied. The discount code reference will not appear on your final receipt.

Step 6: All applicable discounts will have been automatically applied to your booking. Enter your card details in the box provided and click 'Submit Order'.

That's it - you're done!  You will receive an auto confirmation email in your inbox, please keep a copy safe for future reference.
