BCLA Clinical Conference & Exhibition
Manchester Central | 9 - 11 June 2023

The conference, which is designed to showcase world class clinically relevant research, also aims to nurture new researchers, clinicians and young academics to present at this level. If you would like to be a part of the 2023 conference, then here is a great opportunity to share your knowledge and best practice, giving peers the benefit of your expertise and knowledge.

CALL FOR PAPERS & POSTERS
The science stream is assessed in the form of abstracts that can be submitted as a poster only or as a paper/poster (allocated by the BCLA Academic Committee). Paper talks are usually 15 minutes or 6 minutes rapid fire. Case reports will be in poster format. Only one abstract can be submitted for each first author. New science and Case Reports will be considered for inclusion in the programme on any topic related to contact lenses and/or the anterior eye.

Paper and Poster submissions must be made using the online call for papers/posters submission form by 6 February 2023.

2023 DA VINCI AWARD
The BCLA Da Vinci Award is given biennially to the author of a completed project or practical contribution to the field of contact lenses and/or anterior eye. It is intended that this Award should recognise work by those who are not established contact lens researchers; specifically,
applicants should not have published more than five papers related to the field of contact lenses and/or anterior eye. Equally, the award may be given in recognition of a useful contribution by a member of staff within the contact lens-related manufacture and supply industry.

If you would like to be considered, please ensure you read the full award criteria HERE, and declare your interest on the BCLA Call for Papers submission form.

CALL FOR WORKSHOPS
Workshop submissions will be considered for inclusion in the programme on any topic related to contact lenses and/or the anterior eye and may be in the form of either a skills workshop or a peer review session. CPD accreditation will be sought.

Workshop submissions must be made using the online call for workshops submission form by 6 February 2023.

CALL FOR 'VISIT MY CLINIC'
