BCLA Poster Competition

The Academic Committee of the BCLA invites posters related to contact lenses and/or the anterior eye to be submitted for inclusion in the 2023 Best Poster Competition being held at the 2023 Clinical Conference & Exhibition on 9 – 11 June 2023 at Manchester Central, UK.

Entries to the competition are only accepted from delegates who have had a scientific abstract submission accepted for presentation as a Poster at the 2023 BCLA Clinical Conference & Exhibition. 

Posters will be judged on educational value, research quality, and overall visual appeal. Please check the competition details (below) for the full judging criteria.

The judging panel will include members of the BCLA Academic Committee and BCLA Council and their decision will be final. The judges will select the best three posters and the winner, plus two runners up, will be announced at the 2023 BCLA Clinical Conference & Exhibition; it is a condition of entry that all entrants must attend the conference in-person on 9 – 11 June 2023 and attend the prize giving ceremony for the poster competition on 11 June 2023.

If you would like to enter the Poster Competition, we require an electronic version of your poster to be uploaded to the Poster Submission form by 9am (GMT) 1 May 2023.
