NON-MEMBER BOOKINGS

You can still book a delegate package as a non-member. All you need to do is create an account before continuing with the conference registration process. If you are planning to attend as a non-member and book your ticket onsite, we recommend you create an account before arriving, as this will save time when purchasing your delegate package onsite. 

If you are not a member but would like to join to take advantage of the member discount along with additional BCLA membership benefits, you must join online here first before booking your conference delegate package. You can join as a member online in advance, this will save time when purchasing your delegate ticket onsite.

Note that refunds for the difference in price between a member and a non-member conference package will not be issued if BCLA membership is purchased after the purchase of a conference package. 

GROUP BOOKINGS
Conference group bookings are closed. We are no longer accepting conference group bookings. 

DELEGATE PACKAGE RATES

*Standard rates apply online from 00:00 (GMT) 1 April 2023 - 23:59 (BST) 5 June 2023. Online registration closes 00:00 (BST) 6 June 2023. Registration re-opens onsite from 08:00 (BST) 9 June 2023 - 13:00 (BST) 11 June 2023 (onsite rates apply).

DELEGATE PACKAGES
Included in the delegate packages:

• Onsite entry to the conference at Manchester Central, UK on your selected date(s)*
• Access to the main lecture tracks**
• Access to the exhibition  
• UK CPD points, for those eligible, for sessions attended
• Micro-credential certificates, for relevant sessions attended
• Lunch and refreshments
• Conference badge
• Delegate pack

 
*Sunday 11 June is a short day. All tracks, including the exhibition, are expected to close at 3pm.
**Workshop sessions must be booked separately at time of registration, subject to availability. Additional fees apply.

OPTIONAL EXTRAS
You can add the following items to your booking at anytime, subject to availability. Tickets are sold on a first come, first served basis, so it is vital that you book as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
